PUBLIC HEARING – 6:30 pm
Gooding City Council will hear a City initiated proposal for annexation and zoning of a parcel of real property adjacent to and contiguous with the city limits of the City of Gooding. The parcel of land includes Blocks 2, 3, 7, and public rights-of-way, of University Place Subdivision, in the SW ¼ of SW ¼, Section 5 Township 6, Range 15 EBM, Gooding County.
Public Hearings – Items listed as public hearings allow citizens to comment on the subject matter before the Council. Comments from residents or visitors upon the item before the Council will be recorded by the clerk in the official record of the City Council. If necessary, testimony by the public will be limited to 3 minutes per person.

Public Input – The Mayor acknowledges those in attendance. This section of the agenda is reserved for citizens wishing to address the Council regarding a city-related issue. The council does not take any action or make any decisions during public comment. Any item requiring Council action must be placed on the agenda of an upcoming council meeting. Comments related to public hearings should be held for that public hearing. Comments regarding performance by city employees are inappropriate at this time and should be directed to the Mayor by appointment after tonight’s meeting.
