The City of Gooding held a public hearing to consider public comment to consider an amendment to the 2012 fiscal year budget by appropriating additional monies received by the City of Gooding, said hearing was held at the Gooding Municipal Building, 308 5th Ave West at 6:00 pm on the 25th day of September 2012.
Present were Mayor Morton, Councilpersons Arkoosh, France and Houser. Councilman Magnelli was absent.

Ordinance #678: Pursuant to Idaho Code 50-1003 a proposed appropriations ordinance amendment of the City of Gooding, Idaho was read fully and distinctly appropriating an additional sum of $126,651.50 to defray the expenses and liabilities of the City of Gooding for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2011 and ending on September 30, 2012. Councilman France moved that the same be numbered and adopted as Ordinance No. 678 of the City of Gooding and the second and third readings be waived. Motion seconded by Councilman Arkoosh, and upon roll call the same was unanimously carried.
